Notes

Very humid. Only issues I encountered was a stomach cramp and that my arms tied up. Was going to go 80 but I decided that 30 minutes longer than any run I've done so far is a little much at this point and that 70 is safer

Here is a good rule for the future. 20-25% of weekly mileage is a good cap.
