Some runs this week have sucked, this fucking sucked. Was actually super nice out in the morning on the walk to get some DD, so I was given false hope. While the weather wise nice, it turned from 60s and cloudy to 75 and sunny. Usually don't sweat much but two miles in I was. Legs also tired from yesterday. Jaime wasn't having a day so had a few stops the first hour. Ended up being alone after ~78 minutes, grabbed water at 90 which saved me big time. Total grind.

Was thinking about what to do on Wednesdays for my workout and decided that since there is no racing in sight, I'd rather focus on base building. With that being said, I think I'm going to swap the WO with an MLR, and try to do strides 2x a week. Saturday will stay ET. The faster Wednesday has been helping with Sat workouts, but I think in the long term, my ETs will benefit and I'll be able to handle higher mileage better
