Easy 125 LR with Jaime for most of it. This felt very easy and my heart rate (which seems wrong) supports that. Breathing was light the whole time, my hip flexor/groin was a little tight so I had to stop to stretch it at around an hour. We ended up going to wrong way, but I think this loop was better than what we had planned. This is my 8th week at ~70 (would have been 9 if not for that weird Sunday where I couldnt LR because of random knee/hip pain), so now I am on to ~75 for 6 - 8 weeks. Plan is to get the extra mileage by increasing Monday to 50, Wednesday or Thursday to 70, and Friday to 60 minutes. I don't plan on adding doubles anytime soon.
