4x200 w/ 200 jog, 15’ tempo, 2 min recovery jog, 10’ tempo.
Ran down to the track to find a soccer game going on. Did my 200s in lane 6 then headed to the roads (around my school). Got out hot with a 5:31 mile then settled a little. There is a little elevation change which threw off my pacing. Effort wise this felt tempo. Calves got tight at the end.
