Chest

Barbell bench press (10x45), (2x95), (1x115), (1x135) needed a little help (1x135) again needed help (6x95)

Incline barbell press angle 35degrees (8x65), (6x75), (6x75)

Dumbell bench press (8x(2x35)), (6x(2x35)), (6x(2x30))

Dumbell fly (10x(2x10)), (6x(2x20)), (6x(2x20))

ISO chest press (10x(2x25)), (8x(2x35), (6x(2x40))
