Tough workout. Was 22 degrees and decided to wear half tights and my legs felt stiff and tight due to being so cold. Wanted to do longer durations but Im a tad sick and have a sore throat which makes breathing harder in the cold so I just went shorter. Was going to end phase 2 this week but since I wont be racing for a while I will do 1 more week of phase 2 before changing to phase 3. Next week may be weird since I am starting work so need to figure out my new routine.
