Notes
Lol wanted to see where I was at fitness wise before bumping mileage. Needed a confidence booster, so I just wanted to give a steady effort for the 2 miles. Came through in 11:30 then I dropped my effort to what felt like 7 flat pace for 3.01 miles but I covered the 3.01 miles in 18:50ish so it wasn't really as slow as I felt like. Wasn't breathing heavy when I finished and my form wasn't broken down at all, so needless to say I got the confidence boost I was looking for. Wont go this fast again on an easy run. On a side note I've been doing band stuff, lunges, and leg swings before every run.
