Pace is a total guess. Ran at 5:40 in Charlotte, NC. Not the most friendly area to run but made it work. Brought my chest light and got 30 minutes along a dark highway. WOuld have liked to get in more, but ran out of sidewalk, there's a decent ~5 min loop in the hotel complex that I got the rest of the time on. Was planning on 50 min, but the weather was lovely so I took advantage of it.
