7x1k at “LT” w/ 90 second jog
This was a tough one. Was not feeling great on the warmup at all. No one was on the track which was nice, but some little kid took my shoes and ran off with them while his mother watched... people these days.
I probably took this too hard; the effort wasn’t there and I felt like I was reaching. Can’t be too upset with how consistent my reps were though. Plan to take things easy the rest of the week. Will do a light WO Saturday, some sort of fartlek with hill strides.
