Notes

Was planning to do 40-50 WU, 2x3200 @ LT, cooldown to 90 min but my Achilles was feeling a little weird at work and when I got home to I decided to push this off another day. My NB 1400s had not yet come either and the plan was to do the workout in them so I guess it worked out. Achilles felt fine on the run but rolled the center of my calf afterward anyway. Big toe on my right foot feels a little weird now. Acted up 20 min in, went away, but I am feeling it now (8:00 am Thurday morning)
