3k debut. Huge confidence boost. Had I slept the past two nights and had it been an actual race (not racing teammates which I hate doing) I would have been 5-10 sec faster. Had a mild kick ~70 sec. Didn't go too crazy with the kick because with the temp and water I did not want to mess up my hamstrings (which were tight af) so as much as I hate to be that guy, there was plenty left in the tank. I want to be MD2 for sure this year just 1 mile and 3k (maybe a 1k). Going to try to find time to get to the trainers and fix things early.
