Notes

Easy run on the treadmill after a bit of right knee discomfort along IT band a couple days ago. Warmed up with stretching and foam roller. Good form and high cadence (above 180bpm). Right knee felt a bit more stiff than left one but didn't hurt. Lower left leg felt a bit sore but doesn't hurt to press on.
