10 minute walking warmup, then 5 minute jog along bike path. Felt weird to run after so much time, a bit of dull pain the mid left calf. 5 minutes walking (no limp), then 5 minutes running with no pain! 15 minute cooldown walk.
Trying to take it slow coming off the stress fracture, following a 7-week recovery plan. Here's hoping it works out!
