Didn't eat enough today - chocolate bar and yogurt - energy was low
Feet felt fine
Had to pee after 1st mile. This was supposed to be at race pace - my goal was 8:00 /mi. I took off too fast and then had to pee. I cut off 0.33 mi from the run because of this. I also felt like I was struggling to run the pace that I was running but this may have been from exerting all of the energy that I had to not to pee. I tried peeing in my pants but I couldn't do it - probably tried solidly from mile 2 to mile 3.
87% humidity out but one of the coolest days so far. I wonder how humidity plays into your pace.
