Went on a run after getting home from Africa with Marissa. Pretty easy paced - the pace above seems fast, but the total run was 38:11 including a stop at Echo Spot for a while to talk and see things etc... I'd guess it was about a 10-15 minute stop but the pace is ridiculous if I subtract that much so I delegated 8 minutes. ABout to go on another run so hopefully it'll be more accurate this time without stops.
