Notes
This was too much effort for too easy a run at too slow a pace. For the first 2 miles or so I was fine, the last 1 seemed terrible. I felt like I was exerting far too much energy for a basic run, but my pace seemed like it was struggling to be under 9 minutes and I don't want to be training slower than 9 minutes for anything other than group runs. The pace turned out okay but, mehh
