Feel like I ran a pretty good race, stayed with my basic strategy - go out easy mile 1 - 2, then cruise 8 min miles to mile 6, then work to hold pace to 10 miles, then gut it out to end. Really struggled last couple miles (especially mile 11), started to get stomach cramps (but not too bad), really tough to hold form. Ate a Gu at mile 8, I'm guessing that helped. REALLY carbo loaded entire day before. Used handheld bottle so I didn't mess with aid stations. Legs were pretty tweaky after race (not sure why this caught me off gaurd). Ate banana, piece of pizza, sucked down a gatorde then a beer. Made it home in time for 11:15 church!

UPDATE NEXT DAY: Quads pretty sore, but everything else feels pretty good. Knock on wood, but no left foot/PF/calf pain.
