Around 2700 feet of gain. Foot was bad on this. Climbed Mt wire to start which was a struggle in the snow. Had spikes on. The way up is extremely steep and then the loop down is as well so I had to shuffle at points. After getting down and on the bst my foot still felt bad with no sign of improvement. Called it at a little before 9. Seems to be metatarsalgia. Will probably continue running through it and try to stretch my calf and work my foot muscles with various exercises.
