2 up, 3.5 tempo, 4 strides, 1.5 down. For tempo hit: 5:46, 5:44, 5:58, 2:50 (5:40 pace). Stopped for water in the middle of the third mile. Was hot, 82. I'm ready to really get back into running hard again. It's gonna be a lot to balance on top of work, but I love it too much to not give it everything I have. Starting to build back up. Hit 40 miles last week. I want to train specifically for the SLC marathon in the spring. Would love to go around 2:35 for that, but will see after I get some serious mileage and workouts under my belt.
