Had to do the workout in the morning before work.
Warmed up on the Elliptical for 10:00, then hit the TM
Felt a little slow and tired on #1, felt better as the workout progressed. rest breaks were 1:30

#3 3:30 at 6.8mph
#4 4:00 at 6.8mph
