Holiday Lake 50K+

Went out easy first 3 miles then picked it up.

Felt a tight calf cramping that became full calf pull by end of race; would have broken 5:00 if not for that and having to stop 4x for GI issues; Need to take Immodium earlier.

Took 2:23 for first loop

2:28 for second loop.
