took a dip in the ocean after--quite nice but i was already cooled. a bit uncomfortable to walk home in soggy clothes and shoes. saw a heron eating whatever the old geezer was tossing into the river for the fish and birds. didn't know heron would feed like that but, why not i guess. the superheros were making their movie again today. rather strained conversation. run felt ok
