89%humidity, 14kph winds from south southwest. kind of threatening rain but didn't. waves blown out but some ridable ones. didn't notice birds today. feet doing ok. stepped on a rock ball of right foot and that caused a bit of pain for about half of the run. feel like feet are getting stronger.
