slogger joggers are supposed to be the ones who live longest. while i'm not interested in long life, i am interested in staying healthy. pressure is off, at least until the next report by gretchen reynolds… ha ha. lots of cormorants hanging around still but not as a coherent group. saw some at enoshima yesterday. at the beach just as the sun was rising, but a layer of clouds and yellow haze obstructed a lot of the view.
