happy mother's day. felt energetic enough to run for the second day in a row. haven't done that in awhile. felt ok too. not much in the way of surf, but many out there trying. some news about a typhoon, but no sign of it in the waves yet. duck patrol yielded no ducks but there were three little shorebirds flying low over the waves.
