cold. last run of the year… ok, but having some issues in both legs--right knee twinges when i walk up stairs, and left ham and butt tendon… oh well. the usual birds, no waves. picked up some beach glass and pottery shards. not as clear as yesterday, but there was frost on the beach. gonna retire the zebra fingers. there's a hole in the sole of the right foot, so it's time. 1129.5 k on those shoes.
