now that winter is here, my weight seems to be creeping up... want to head it off. partly due to the x-mas feast yesterday--turkey and all the trimmings and lotsa wine. feeling more tired than usual, running more difficult than it should be, which is worrying. still enjoying the full moon. it was hazy foggy this morning and that helped disperse the light. couldn't see stars though. most of sand gone from path though some still remains near eboshi
