nice day. older barefoot runners were wet so ran in the newer ones. felt very labored and slow today, not sure why. white egret at the fountain and a family of four shorebirds--those little round runners, looked like. cute and hadn't seen that kind of bird there before. huge flock of pigeons greeted me at the skatepark--i brought oatmeal but not really enough to satisfy them. a couple landed on my hands, looked me carefully in the eye, and demanded more food. sorry guys. saw bob in the distance (no greeting) yesterday but not today. Today I saw the three walking ladies--first time in a very long while.
