not as windy but maybe a little clearer than yesterday. ocean kind of brownish, yesterday nice blue. did see two herons today, one north of turnaround, other south of fountain. duck duck goose too. waves, high tide. last day of august. can't wait for fall. sorish muscles: calfs, inner thighs. too much time off. heart strain too, but maybe getting a bit better.
