big full moon, lovely in predawn light. shorebirds, pigeons, crows, gulls. surfable waves. rather exhausted by the continued summer heat. figured out that heart pains are related to hot flashes. ridiculous to flash hot when already dead sweaty from the exertion of running, but that's gotta be the story. age related illness.
