ridiculously cold. hailed on me when i was passing the footbridge on the return. pretty well soaked, strong headwinds up, hail back. ugh. it's been a long week of nothing but rain so i dragged my sorry butt out of bed in spite of the weather. not sorry i did. eye problems, hormone headache, brain fog. altogether not well, but still trying, tough week physically, mentally and emotionally--first week back at school, new school year, stress.
