yes nice run. construction in southern beach and at the end of the trail made for some iffy running in the dark, so i avoided these places on the return by running 134. sharp pain in right butt-ham area and also behind right knee. i think i'll switch to the blue supernovas tomorrow and see if i can't retire the green adidas.
