Notes
Wow that felt hard. Unforuntately, I undercharged my Garmin 305, and it died 3/4 thru my run, so I had to extrapolate my pace based upon the first 3/4. I'm pretty sure I didn't slow down, though, and I was working very, very hard out there, sucking wind from lap 1. If I actually was this fast, I'd be really excited, but I'm also wary since I ran this on the outside lane of the Stanford track (I'm out of home on vacation) and relied on my Garmin for distance pacing, which I know is notoriously inaccurate on the inside lap of a track. I'm pretty sure it was at least a 6:22/mile, though, which was what I ran on this distance about a month ago on an official track inside 2nd lane.
