Notes

20:00 on left, then 20 on right. Actually, was first time I went 40 with almost NO breaks, and did direct wall pushoffs without hitting bottom. Went well, but harder than I expected. Need to work on my swim endurance. About 2:00/100m, probably a bit slower in the 2nd half as i fatigued. 12 strokes / 100m for first 20', then fatigued to 14.
