Notes

Solid strong swim today. Right breathing, 32:00 total for approximately 1 mile - but I timed every 200m and averaged about 1:55/100m (3:50/200m), and accelerated in the final 2 sets to 1:50/100m (3:40/200m). The 1:50 pace definitely puts me into lactate arm zone, and my HR starts creeping up, but the 1:55 pace feels strong but sustainable for a long time. Went at least a mile with minimal wall breaks. Finished with 200m of fisticuffs. Some left arm fatigue limiting me somewhat today, but overall strong.
