Notes

30 min left, felt remarkably solid. Easy aerobic, 1:57 pace

30 min right, felt harder than the left! Easy aerobic x 20 min 1:57 pace, then a few harder 1:50s pace for 200m in the final 10 mins. I think I need to start cranking up the intensity to 1:50-1:55s - getting lazy in the pool.
