Dammit - sprained my ankle on a trail run in Portola Valley. I forgot that the density of loose branches is increased in the winter months, and sure enough, I rolled one. The fortunate part is that it wasn't a bad sprain, and I fully anticipate being back on my feet in 1-2 days, but it's a definite setback, as I haven't been running well at all as of late due to life commitments. (I'm interviewing at Stanford today for a newly opened radiology spot!)
