Notes

My legs were dragging a good bit today, so I decided to mix it up by jumping on the stationary bike since I'm on "injection call" in the evening M-W and have to carry the pager until 10PM and be near Med Plaza.

Legs are definitely shot from yesterday's workout. Could even keep my usual rpms going, and ended up averaging about 95-100 rpms for a measly 45 mins, and by the end, even though my HR was dropping under 120, my quads were toast. I think this cycling thing will be helpful for me though, and I will likely sub out one running day for pure cycling to further pump up my quads - which seem to fail me in marathons. (Never my calves!)
