Bunch of 100s and 200s. Did 200s (6 lengths Ballys) for the first time in significant number, felt good. Surprisingly, was faster on my LEFT than my RIGHT! (?!?!) 4:26 L, 4:26-7 R. Also legs still sore from this weeks run, and arms/pecs sore from doing 3 sets of pushups yesterday.
