Notes

Left freestyle - had to shorten the workout because of some soreness in my right shoulder, after doing 40lb flyes two days ago. Am still a bit slower on the left side, but feeling very comfortable in the water. Am still working on some arm-crossing problems on the left side, but is mostly solved (but slow). Did this after my 10 mile run - was a nice transition.
