part of brick from previous days ride.

after 45 mins heart rate was easier to maintain under 80% allowing some shallow slopes without resorting to a walk.

After 1:30 mins, ankles started to feel strain. took on lucozade sport and one isogel.felt the weight of effort afterward and soreley needed a nap and refreshment.
