Stupidly hot run with will. 90 degrees around 3 Minnesota lakes. Felt really good, almost walked through the first 6 miles. Stayed consistent through and through. But in the last few miles I started getting really bad mentally (dehydration, heat exhaustion, idk). In the last mile, even though the pace was fine, I was getting chills for whatever reason and started grinding my teeth and it get weird. I had no idea what that was about. Pounding beer last night probably didn't help
