went in planning to do 3 reps. thought i could maybe do 4 after the 1st one, but I cashed it all in on the last one.
Hill repeats for turnover [women's 5k mark to men's 5k mark, about 100m], jogged down for rest

3 - 22.28 sec
4 - 20.36 sec
this hurt good. brought me back to freshman year hill repeats.
