very consistent splits through each 200. lead most reps and fought the wind on the gusty home stretch. felt pretty lathargic most of the day but came to for the work out. all in all, very pleased with this run. Also, Billy bolted the last 150m of the last 1k and it got me fired up enough to find a couple more gears. couldnt catch him, but i closed with a healthy neg split.

After thought: did the same workout 2 weeks ago. the splits were similar, but i closed much more comfortable today. I also lead today as opposed to tucking into the pocket.
