Workout with the felty group. Nice and controlled for the most part. Felt smooth. ran on the outside of lane one pretty much the whole time to stay with our right pack of four. Kyle dropped the hammer on the last two. actually pretty annoying because he was sitting back on all the other reps and complained we werent being consistent on our 200 splits. Idk if I needed that but the turnover felt good hanging on to his outside shoulder and i like knowing i could beat him to the line (even tho i let him "win" the workout). First fast workout in a while.
A little less volume than the usual but im curious to see what the CNW guys do.
