First run in Nicaragua. I won't be able to long often or have very exact paces and distances. Just running off of time. Also, most runs consist of outrunning dogs and throwing rocks at them to scare them off. Also, running through herding cows is a regular. About once a week, we also run up a mountain for a bit.
