50 in dec means short shorts - which is nice. it also means a lot of rain - which is not nice. despite that, it was a great run with matt message entirely at a comfortable converstaion pace.
first 6.5mi was 6:46 pace average
next 6 was at 6:30 pace average.
nice little negative split and moving pretty quick throughout.
