fastest long run of my life. again, about 50 degrees. rocking short shorts on the country roads. we averaged sub seven for about 6 mi then turned around (had a cross wind but it favored our backsides) and we averaged 6:05 for about another 6 mi with about three of those miles at sub 6 pace (never done before on a pat ward long run) we hit the headwind full on when we went north and schrantz and i lost the pack but still held a 6:20 pace avg all the way home. I hurt a lot but im happy.
