legs tired from race and hills so coach (which was spencer today, not Jim) instructed me not to go 100%: not to mash it. everyone else went at about 5k pace and dropped about 5 seconds every third rep. I held 80s throughout and felt smooth (with the exception of the first rep in which we all got out hot). right hamstring, however, is tight and needs to be rolled out.
