Workout/LR: 4 plus 2
Finally got out to Seattle for a workout with CNW. 4 miles at 603 pace followed by 2 mi at a 533 ish pace. Actually went: 548, 556, 602, 556, 534, 531 (splits from memory, based on what mark was saying. I'm sure there's some variance). It was an awesome workout as group 2 and i packed in and grinded out the miles.
snowshoed for three hours after.
